By purchasing ammunition or firearm accessories from Gun Food, LLC, the customer affirms the following:
-The customer is at least twenty-one (21) years old if purchasing handgun ammunition or eighteen (18) years old if purchasing rifle or shotgun ammunition.
-The customer is not violating any federal, state, or local law by purchasing ammunition from Gun Food, LLC.
-The customer is neither currently under indictment nor has been convicted of a felony or a crime punishable by more that one (1) year of imprisonment.
-The customer is not a fugitive from justice.
-The customer is not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
-The customer has neither been adjudicated as mentally ill nor committed to mental institution.
-The customer has not been discharged from the military under dishonorable conditions.
-The customer is not subject to a domestic violence restraining order.
-The customer has not been convicted of any domestic violence misdemeanors.
-The customer has not renounced their United States citizenship.
-The customer is not an alien illegally in the United States.
Privacy:
Gun Food, LLC will never share or sell your private information to a third party other than when required by law.
Shipping:
We will do our best to ship your product within 24 hours. As we all know, the demand for firearm-related products can rapidly increase. We will work hard to get your purchases to your door as fast as we can. Please carefully choose your shipping method at checkout to ensure that you receive your products in your desired time-frame. Since our system is automated, once the order is placed, the shipping method cannot be changed.
Shipping restrictions:
Alaska - Due to shipping restrictions, no ammunition will be shipped to Alaska.
California - Due to state law, all ammunition must be shipped to an an FFL. We will not ship ammunition to the cities of Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, or Avalon. We will not ship magazines that hold over 10 rounds.
Connecticut - Due to state law, we require scanned and emailed copies of valid ammunition certificate, a valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver, or a valid long gun eligibility certificate and a government issued photo id (driver's license, military ID, US Passport, police ID, etc.) before your order will ship.
Hawaii - Due to shipping restrictions, no ammunition will be shipped to Hawaii.
Illinois - Due to state law, we require scanned and emailed copies of your FOID and Illinois driver's license before your order will ship.
Maryland - Due to state law, we will not ship magazines that hold over 10 rounds.
Massachusetts - Due to state law, all ammunition must be shipped to an FFL. We will not ship magazines that hold over 10 rounds.
New Jersey - Due to state law, we require scanned and emailed copies of valid valid copy of your firearms purchaser identification card or handgun permit. We will not ship magazines that hold over 10 rounds.
New York - Due to local law, we will not ship to New York City. Due to state law, all ammunition must be shipped to an FFL.
Vermont - Due to state law, we will not ship handgun magazines that hold over 15 rounds or long gun magazines that hold over 10 rounds.
Washington, D.C. - We will not ship to Washington, D.C.
Returns:
We will only accept returns for defective products. Please use the "Contact Us" form to communicate with us if there is a problem.
Order Cancellations:
If we hear from you before we arrange shipping, we will cancel your order.
If we believe that the order violates any of the listed terms and conditions or any federal, state, or local law, we will cancel the order. If the order is cancelled because of a violation, then the customer will be refunded their money less a $25.00 restocking fee. Otherwise, we will only cancel your order for reasons that are beyond our control.
Liability:
Gun Food, LLC is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Gun Food, LLC does not manufacture any of the products that we sell.
Gun Food, LLC is not responsible for the use or misuse of the products that we sell. The customer is responsible for reading the instructions and warnings provided by the manufacturer of the purchased products.
The customer is responsible for knowing and abiding my all federal, state, and local laws where they have the products shipped.
